Minor Rookie Rep Hawks take Gold in London Tournament!
The Minor Rookie Hawks had another amazing outing at the Bob Stark classic Rookie ball tournament in London this past weekend.
After a rough start in Round Robin play going 1-1, The Hawks squeaked into the "A" division finals on a Runs Against Tie breaker.
With the promise of a shaved from Coach Chris, the team played their heart out the next two games beating the home team 20-12 then going on to beat St Thomas 11-10, in a very close and exciting championship game.
Once again the coaches are extremely proud of the hard work and smart playing by the team. They shook off a tough day on Saturdayand never looked back.
What remains of Coach Chris' hair will be removed at practice on Friday.
Great job Hawks!
