Saturday Indoor Conditioning Sessions Return to the Newmarket Soocer Dome in partnership with the GTA North Baseball!
 
There are only 3 Saturday morning indoor conditioning sessions remaining for players to sign up for before the season starts.
GTA Training Academy is offering the Spring Training program at the Newmarket Soccer Dome with Coach Dan Telford!  Programs are available for players in T-Ball to 18U (2006 - 2020)

Program overview:
  • 3 Dates left to choose (1, 2 or all 3)
  • After group warm up players will be divided into groups and sent to stations that they rotate through:
    • Infield - Full infield drills with proper fielding mechanics and playing all positions to build baseball IQ...
    • Outfield - tracking the ball, hitting cut offs, fielding in the outfield...
    • Throwing/Pitching (if applicable) - especially at a young age proper mechanics are key.  Pitching training with a focus on mechanics and Mental Game (not velo unless the mechanics are solid).
    • Hitting - tee work and pitching machine 
    • Practice will end with the always fun whiffle ball game
    • Max 60 participants
Dates: Apr 13, Apr 27, May 4

Time:    8:00am - 9:30am for T-Ball (Players born in 2019-2020)
             8:00am - 9:30am for 7U and 9U (Players born in 2015-2018)
            9:30am - 11:00am for 11U to 15U (Players born in 2009-2014)
            9:30am - 11:00am for 18U (Players born in 2006-2008)
Cost:  $$65 each session
